Upon transfer, representatives will use a variety of retention tools and/or special offers to prevent the customer from canceling their services.

For outbound retention, Pro Call Hub will contact previously canceled customers or those needing to renew services as identified and provided by the client. Representatives will use a variety of retention tools and/or special offers to retain their business.
